Orville Peck has released his new single and music video, "Already gone", the latest preview of his forthcoming album "Mule", arriving on 18 September. The deeply personal country ballad explores addiction, rehabilitation and the long journey towards recovery. Directed by Austin Peters, the video follows Peck through a rehabilitation facility, contrasting his idealised memories with the reality of the crisis he was facing. The track features guest performances from Molly Tuttle, Ketch Secor and Ry Jennings, while the album tells the chronological story of the most difficult year of Peck's life and his path towards self-acceptance. Following the album's release, Peck will embark on a North American tour, with one dollar from every ticket sold donated to "The Trevor project" in support of LGBTQ+ youth facing crisis.
